Mushrooms with Scrambled Eggs and Caviar Mujjo’l

  • INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)

    • 1 120g jar of CAVIAR MUJJÓL 
    • 1 tin of sliced mushrooms
    • 3 chopped garlic cloves
    • 6 eggs
    • Parsley, salt and olive oil


    Place the mushrooms in a frying pan with oil and fry slowly on gentle heat for 12 minutes. Add the salt, and finely chopped garlic and parsley, turning up the heat slightly.

    When the mushrooms are slightly browned, pour off the excess liquid.

    Beat the eggs, add the CAVIAR MUJJÓL and pour the mixture into the frying pan. Stir well with a wooden spoon making sure that the mixture does not become dry.
