Caviar Mujjo’l and Crab Cake

  • INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)


    • 2 Tablespoons of Caviar Mujjol
    • 1.5 oz of Crab legs
    • 2 boiled eggs
    • 2 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
    • Extra: Currants (for garnishing)

  • TO PREPARE

    Chop the crab legs and boiled eggs.

    Mix the crab meat and the the boiled eggs with mayonnaise.

    Place the mix on a cup or a mold, keep refrigerated for a few minutes until chilled.

    Remove from the cup or mold, cover evenly with the caviar and garnish with a small bouquet of currants.
