Avocado Boats with Caviar Mujjo’l

  • INGREDIENTS (Serves 4)

    • 1 120g jar of CAVIAR MUJJÓL 
    • 4 avocados
    • 2 boiled eggs
    • 50g pitted olives
    • 150g tuna in oil
    • 150g mayonnaise
    • 1 lettuce
    • 6 cherry tomatoes


    Wash the avocados, cut them in halves and remove the stone. Carefully remove the pulp with a tea spoon, cut it into small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Keep the empty half shells (boats).

    Chop the olives and eggs, and flake the tuna. Combine the avocado pulp and other ingredients with the mayonnaise and fill the empty avocado shells with this mixture.

    Cover the avocado boats with CAVIAR MUJJÓL and serve in a dish on a bed of lettuce or curly endives chopped into small pieces. Decorate the avocado boats with cherry tomato cut in halves.
